Golden, holistic view of one person or family
Summary
OneView was developed as an expansion of the Data Hub solution, a system that manages the importing, cleansing, processing and matching of data from multiple data sources. QES’ Oneview system provides an easy to navigate portal for teams within an organisation to access the golden records of individuals, families and addresses, and to easily identify the services that are known to them.
The OneView portal offers a truly holistic view of an individual, family and address, enabling local services the ability to gain all the information on that record in one centralised location, saving significant administration time on having to manually consolidate all the data. All relevant information associated with a person, family and address is available at a single glance via a dashboard; this allows users to see what services are known to that individual/family/address, what contact they’ve had, a timeline of service intervention and communication, record notes and a view of the underlying data.

An easy to navigate, user-friendly interface with a highly visual appearance presenting important information in an easily accessible format

Family information and service involvement is displayed on the dashboard providing introductory details on the family name, their current address, what services they are known to or have had involvement with at any point in time

Individual analysis into each of the family members includes personal details such as their name, date of birth and address. This area also specifies the involvement with different services had by each individual, highlighting if certain family members are requiring a significant amount of support in comparison to others

Timeline feature displays a chronological order of service involvement detailing the individual the entry corresponds to, the date of occurrence and any supporting notes

Search and filter features facilitate the process of quickly finding specific information, e.g. a timeline entry concerning one family member on a specified date

Secure and GDPR compliant with two-factor authentication code, no sensitive data leaving the system, and various security roles in place to ensure information is only seen by those with granted access permissions
