In line with government guidance, and to ensure the continuing safety of our colleagues, we are once again maintaining a full-time remote working schedule. In August, we had introduced a rota to allow the team to spend two days of a fortnight working in the office, with many safety measures put in place to make them feel comfortable. This was fantastic for giving everyone the opportunity to catch up with colleagues, get some days away from home and eliminate that feeling of isolation some were experiencing from the first lockdown.
It’s unfortunate that we are now back to working from home again but we’re keen to play our part in keeping everyone safe, and we’re just looking forward to all safely operating from the office in whatever capacity that may be in future. During the period that we are working from home, we're trying to maintain meetings via video calls for the social interaction and we recently held an interactive quiz night to catch up with one another outside of a work setting. Congratulations to Jen who won the quiz!
